I've endured some muscle pain caused by post-exercise DOMS, and needed help. I turned to H&S, and I'm so glad I did! I don't get massages often, so I felt like the awkward big guy stumbling in to an airy new-age spa for my appointment, but I was treated so well. Aubrey provided my massage and she was fantastic at it! She put me at ease and helped decompress a lot of soreness in my back and legs. Even though I was the last appointment of the day, nobody made me feel rushed about closing time, and the whole time I felt that the therapeutic focus was on me.
